I was constantly needing stuff like that.. various shafts, knobs, threaded rods, and all sorts of other various stuff that you need when restoring vintage machinery. Really pretty simple stuff, but trying to find replacements or having a machine shop fabricate them for me was a hassle.. so I got a metal lathe just for that reason. Best $150 I ever spent :)
