I put the Rustoleum product on both my upper garage and my shop, which is in my walk-out basement about 10 years ago. The upper garage has only a couple of spots where tire wear has pulled up the epoxy but my shop floor has lost epoxy on about 20% of the floor. I am sure this is because the shop floor sits quite a bit lower than the upper garage and has more humidity which weakens the paint’s bond with the concrete. As Wayne said it does help with clean-up and glue does not bond to it.
