I use rcs47 because my Dad started Riverside Cabinet Shop in 1947, and went on to run it 40 years. I was lucky to learn to build in this production environment, along with my brother. As he told us, it will make a great hobby, but go to work for a company that will give you a steady paycheck and benefits.

Working for my Dad through the 70s taught me not only how to think about what you are going to build, but more importantly, how to work. He told me that anyone can learn to build a cabinet, but you are not a cabinet maker until you can hide your mistakes. I was lucky to be involved in every aspect of building cabinets, from the initial customer contact/measurement through installation.
