I have been doing hobby woodworking for almost as long as I can remember. Most have been large, fairly simple pieces such as bookshelves. I have also done a number of carpentry projects, including a complete remodel of a fixer-upper house.

Lately I have been spending more and more time in front of the lathe. I have been making pens and a few other projects. I have also become quite interested in both woodcarving and making small boxes, though I still have a lot to learn about both.

God Bless

Welcome to Lumber Jocks! This is a great place to get – or give – advice about woodworking on the forums and the project posts are a wonderful source of new ideas. I look forward to seeing your projects and posts.

To get the most feedback on your projects, it’s best to only post 1 or 2 at a time. This way you will get feedback over several days and from a wide variety of members.

Please enjoy your membership.
