What is it???? - 5 replies

https://s3.amazonaws.com/vs-lumberjocks.com/n3vqttb.jpgAnyone know what tool these go in ? I got these in a box lot and can’t figure what these are for. They are 3 5/8 inches long and have a notch at the end like they go in some tool handle and lock in place. They re all vary sharp. The box is also unique that they fit in.

How to inlay a bentwood ring - 4 replies

I am plating around with making bent wood rings and would like to inlay turquoise powder into the cente4r like the experts do. I dont have a small lathe but I do have a cheap dremel tool. Is that the choice tool to use. I have never inlayed anythig and have searched the web but can only find big projects. I have made a few rings to practice on. ...

How are wooden balls made for production? - 19 replies

I’ve often wondered how they mass produce the craft wooden balls you buy in the craft store. I use a lot for different projects and when I run out of 3/4 inch or 1 inch balls I always wonder how they do that. Who wants to run the lathe to produce a few of these!!! Crazy question I’am sure but does any one know a simple way??

My arror head collection case - 13 replies

I posted this in the feedback forum and was told to post it in projects instead. I’am a newbe. This was fun to make and made it out of basswood. I like working with this wood. Others do not. It is plentyfull around here sooooo.

Cabinet for my arrow head collection - 8 replies

I made this for my collection of arrowheads. I used basswood because we dont cut it very often and I wanted to try the nice clear light colored wood.This is my first post and really enjoy the site. I am currently making a 3 D cutting board. I just finished making a black walnut trundle bed for our guests .It was a fun project.
