I designed & built (with hand tools) two dovetail tool totes for my 5-year old boy and my 3-year old boy. I filled it with antique tools for them! Made out of tulip poplar. I painted both totes with traditional milk paint.

Great work. There’s nothing like giving a gift like this to your kids.

Great job!! Thanks for posting and welcome to LJ’s. I checked out your web page Wood and Shop and have bookmarked it. This is a direction I am headed in. I will be teaching wood working (hand tools only) in Mozambique within the next year so I have to improve my skills in this area. So I will be referring to your wed page frequently.
