Just a simple end grain butcher block. I tried to mix-match the grain pattern to create a swirl pattern though out the board.

The finish is a commercial grade, FDA approved, butcher block oil from Watco products. I love this stuff! It wipes on easy and leaves a wonderful gloss finish!
