I carved this spoon from a salvaged piece of cherry wood which was a dumpster discovery behind a cabinet shop.
it was my 2nd spoon carved with my frost mora hook knife.
I use it nearly every morning for my coffee. 3 months later, the coffee has given it a wonderful color and the sanding job I did on it holds up well. I went up to 2000 grit. No finish as it was carved to stir my coffee.
