This is the adjustable box joint jig from shop notes #8. I made it from poplar off cuts I had lying around and I picked up the hardware from Lowes for about $15. It works really well. I have used it to cut box joints from 1\4 to 3/4. I have just invested in a new stacked dado so I will make some more cuts and post them soon.

Seriously, if you want it I can let you borrow it orI can copy out the required pages, you choice. My daughter has a copier that makes PDF pages which I could email to you! Let me know either way!
