The latest project to come out of the Sawdust Shed. I’ve had some medical issues keeping me sidelined, they haven’t gone away and I guess they never will so I just have to work at a slower pace.
My wife has really wanted one of these Tables in our back yard for a long time now. I purchased lumber & hardware almost 2 years ago( had to let the wood acclimate to the environment) I finished it up this weekend. This project was harder than I thought it would be cutting so many angles and drilling so many holes not top mention its all 2×6 & 2×4 pressure treated lumber so it’s heavy. I’m going to have to enlist a small army to move it to the back yard.

That is one awesome bench, all it’s missing is Family & Friends, Beer and Laughter…I’m sure those will be forthcoming. Well done on a super build.

Nice job Dave.
Looks like the family will get a lot of fun out of that.
I like the open design underneath. It’ll help when it’s time to trim the grass under there.
Hope your health issues improve.

Unique and well done. Call all the relatives and neighbors to move it. I’ve done that before!
