Having made 7 unique cutting boards for my kids, I had some scrap pieces left over. This is the rather unusual cutting boa

Great use of scraps.
I found it interesting because I’m doing the same thing as I write this. In my case the pieces are random size and I’m mixing up the direction of the pieces. That takes more time because I have to keep trimming pieces to get tight fitting joints. I’m also trying the new Nexabond CA glue. It sets up quickly so while I still clamp the pieces as I glue them I only have to wait a few minutes before I can continue adding more pieces. I’m using the medium set version. I tested the Nexabond on some scraps before I started this project and the wood in the glue joint broke before the glue bond.

I just read about Nexabond CA glue but haven’t found any locally. Did you like using that glue?

By the way the breadboard is really an eye opener!

It came out really cool, like the effect of the glued random pieces of different wood colors. Great job and use of scraps!
