The top is mahogany and has a tongue and groove holding the breadboard top together. Also with pegs. The legs are mortise and tenon with pegs. The top is held onto the base with screws though. The side rail supports are some extra maple I found in my wood stash when I ran out of cherry. The whole thing is finished with teak oil.

The top looks great. The whole thing looks sturdy and manly and stuff. Nice.

Beautiful and solid coffee table. Great wood combo and finish. Great work!
