This is my table saw router table I just finished. I took ideas from several other Jocks (thank you) on this site and made my own. I have a Porter Cable contractor’s table saw and the table extends out approximately 11”. This makes a nice hole to drop in the router table. The whole assembly is easily removable for bit changes. I made the whole thing from scraps laying around the workshop, which explains the 3/8” plywood table. It is sturdy enough for now, but WILL be redone with 3/4” MDF in the future. It will work for now.
I am really happy with the fence. It moves great and is easily adjustable.
I hope this helps others out there looking for a simple router table that is functional and doesn’t take up much space.

Definitely a great idea. I’ve been in the process of planning to do the same thing with sink cutouts from a local cabinet shop. Thanks for sharing and the photos. Gives me some ideas.

Good idea. Did the same to mine. Worked well for a while. Extension has some noticeable flex with larger pieces. Had to build a frame to support the end of the table ext and router. Here
