Saw these tallshot glass-looking vases at Michals one day, and thought they would be a good start on a valentine’s day present for my wife. Finally got “done enough” with everything else to get it designed and done.

I think it turned out pretty well. Oak, oak dowel, and danish oil.

(and it would make a pretty sweet serving tray for giant shots… Just sayin’)

Added another pic after stopping for some flowers.

Really great idea! I know some of my gardening friends would love to have one of these. I may have to borrow this idea and make some myself.

very sharp i saw 1 simalar at jcpennys that i copied but all was boxed in. made some changes put vase in middle and tea lights on both ends

Cool vases! Great combo of glass and wood. I’m sure the wife loves it. Great job!
