Black walnut bowl is 7 1/2” in diameter and 3” high.

Finish is Mahoney’s Walnut Oil, buffed with the Beall System.

Another nice bowl, I really like Walnut … And the pattern around the side is put on how??

Grumpymike—I used a shop-made texturing tool:

Eddie Castelin did a YouTube video ( ) on making these tools. It has a spherical magnet at the bottom of hole with a bronze bushing and ball-bearing.

Eddie sells the bearing/bushing combo on his website:

The rotary burr came from Grizzly.
