This is a pair of Jointer Table Extensions that I made for my old Beaver Jointer. It is made of some leftover maple. The top piece has threaded inserts in the bottom and a bolt with a nylock nut goes through the lower board so that I can level all four corners. The lower board is bolted to the Jointer with two braces down the center to give it extra strength. It works really well, and makes jointing long boards much easier and safer. The only thing I would change is to make the top board a little wider, so it would be the exact same width as the jointer table. Thanks.

How do you insure the in/out tables are parallel?

Looks like a great idea.
