I’ve been needing one of these so I whipped this out this morning. It’s made from Baltic Birch plywood with a $5 harbor freight clamp and a piece of 400 grit sandpaper put on with contact cement. Dimensions are 12” high & 13” long. I threw on this little chunk of wood for a handle and it works great.

I made one myself awhile back, but yours looks better! I like the idea of the toggle clamp—will have to borrow that!
