These are two end grain cutting boards that I made for two coworkers that are retiring. The woods used are:
Black Walnut, European Beach, Jarrah, Padauk, Purple Heart, Sapele, and White Oak.
They measure: 12”long X 7”wide X 1 7/16” tall. I used my V-Drum sander to clean up the “fuzz” from the router bit
Used to mill the end grain flat. It really works well on end grain clean up.
Each time I make some boards I learn something. It still is fun. They are all different, it keeps me always wondering what they will look like!
Thanks for looking.

I think all of us woodworkers are amazed how much beauty a finished wood project conveys. Its what keeps us
going ahead with new ones. Your cutting boards are gorgeous. Keep up the good work.

Thanks to everyone. I really appreciate the compliments. Today I gave the cutting boards to my coworkers.
They really liked them. It was their last day before retirement. Wow, I look forward to that day. I like my job,
But look forward to being able to spend more time doing woodworking.

Attractive boards! Like the variety of wood colors, cool pattern and the rounded edges. Great job!
