This is my marshmallow crossbow, I got the plans from Steve Ramsey on his website woodworking for mere mortals. I made this project out of scraps of poplar that I had the elastic part is Strips of Thera band. The string I used is para cord with the smaller inside cord pulled out from it. I used that inside cord to use to attach the trigger to the body of the cross bow. I finished this with some coats of Danish oil.
