I also like the weave pattern. Keeping all the pieces in order could be a nightmare.

This is the 15th cutting board I’ve made, all have been end grain. None of that wussy edge grain stuff over here. The next one is going to be a 32×60 inch slab to top off the kitchen island… so that’s going to take a while.
