Ok now I’m officially ready for Christmas. The last two gifts are finished but I didn’t finish my son and daughter-in-laws cutting board. They won’t be disappointed though. Not quite enough time. The tables are very similar to the last ones. One round and one oval. This is the first time I’ve made an oval and it was a challenge. A common mistake is to make the frame first then the top. If you make the top first then the legs will be better proportioned. anyway that’s just me, always critical of my work. Walnut and oak my favourite wood combinations. Thanks for all the nice words on my last project. Denis.

Beautiful! Could you please send me the plans so I can figure out if this is a project I could try with the tools I have. I need a table exactly like this for next to the chair I’ll be spending a lot of time in when I start my chemo.
