This bottle opener works great and it doesn’t bend the bottle caps which is useful if you collect them. It is contoured to fit your hand nicely. I made it from a piece of scrap lumber using rasps. Add two brass bolts and you are done. Dimensions: 6×1 3/8×1. The bolts are 3/16 and are set 1/2 inch on center. You don’t need to tap the holes, I just drilled them 1/32 smaller than the bolt size, then screwed them in 5/8 deep, and they are solid.
