Here are some of the ornaments I turned this year. As you can see, the theme of this year is ”Hot Air Balloons”
I ended up turning over 30 balloons for the kids and family, along with 10 that sold.
Lots of different woods, even some baltic birch plywood. ( those were the most wanted)
I even tried my hand with some Trans Tint dye’s. Think they came out pretty good.
All of the baskets are turned and hung to the balloons buy thread.
Most of these are hollow forms also. Nice and light when done.

Had an idea to try one of these once, but never did act upon it. The tinted plywood does look very good, but the laminated ones are nice also. You have given me inspirations.
