This is what happens when the kids move out! We commandeer their bedroom and get a scrap booking room for my wife along with an office. Now, before I go on, my thanks go out to Greg Wurst. He graciously sent me a SU design of his file cabinets. They worked perfectly! The cabinet is nothing fancy. Adjustable shelves and raised panel doors. I made few changes though. I didn’t need two file drawers, so I split the top section in two and put in a set of smaller drawers. I also deepened mine to 24 inches so it would be about the same depth as the desktop. Added a top to gain some height and there you have it.
Again, Thanks Greg

Glad you found the plans useful. The two drawers on top work very-well, and the whole layout looks great!

Great set up, very well crafted and clean work. That’s one functional room. Great job!
Have your say...
