My dad really liked the two frames I made for myself, and he really wanted some with the phrase Got Wood? on them. He has quite the humor lol. So I decided to give cedar a try and see how it works for these. I think overall they’ll be solid as long as all 4 screws are used to mount. You can see the top two screw holders snapped on me, on both frames… However, it was a good learning experience. I may choose to make those with a little more wood surrounding the screw holes to accommodate for that. I matched them with a little strip of tigerwood to give it a more eye appeal.
We’ll see how these ones hold up!

Very nice! I like those. They really should bring back wood paneling on the sides of cars. My first car was a ‘76 Pinto Station Wagon with wood-ish paneling on the sides. lol
