I probably didn’t need to post another trunk, but I really like the color of it. Beetle kill pine. I have a show on Monday and I was out of trunks (trunks always sell). 36 inches long x 28 inches tall and 23 inches deep. For those who are wondering why I put this thick of lid on it, simple, I liked the board and didn’t feel like planing it down.
Oh, this is my gravitationally challenged cat
Thanks for looking

I love the integration of the natural edges. Took me a second to realize what I was looking at because of the curves. I can’t imagine that not selling.

Another winner Monte…I know it will easily sell. You are definitely creating a niche’ with the beetle kill pine..
Monday is an unusual day for a show…what type of show is it?

It’s an annual craft show at the hospital where I work. I am kind of obligated to do it, but it’s usually OK.

If you’re going to keep making trunks like that, keep posting them! That beetle kill pine and the live edges together are crazy cool!

A great looking rustic chest Monte. I think that the thickness of the top is perfect with the proportions of the rest of the piece and I like the natural edges. Wonderful work!

Wow, a real eye catcher. Beautiful looking. I really like the mitered corners for the frames around the panels, along with all the natural edge. Great piece if furniture.
