Very nice! How long did it take to assemble and turn?

Sweet. I was wondering the same thing as Tom. 400 pieces must take a while to assemble.

Very attractive turning—I really like the segmentation.

Thanks all. Had about a weeks worth of work in it off and on. I think it took me longer to figure how to cut the pieces then to turn it on the lathe.

Extremely well done. Your segments are very tight. I like the feature ring. What is your technique for finishing the work?

Gorgeous bowl! Like the design especially the rim and the middle ring has attractive patterns. Outstanding turning piece!
Have your say...
