Had a So So day ,the box that I thought I hade near completion needed some design changes ,it just didn’t look the way I expected it ,oh well just change the detail and do something else .
Here is the new clamping rail I made today and it works awesome ,like a third hand .
Made this from some birch hardwood flooring and is laminated ,screwed it to the front of my router table and accepts my standard BESSEY F clamps into the T track .
The clamps are inserted into either end and can slide along the rail and clamp just about anything .
It’s great for assembly and also works in conjunction with the vise on the side of the router table and gives a right angle configuration .
I let the pictures do the talking and if there are questions just ask .
I will be off to the hospital tomorrow so be patient but I will answer .

Nothing better than a do-it-yourself new tool for the shop! Nice idea.

That is a stroke of genius. What a great solution for clamping. I can see many applications for this bar.
