This build took a little longer than expected (I am sure no one here has ever said that). It was the first large project I tackled. Everything was built out of 3/4” and 1/2” blondewood plywood and 1×2’s. I used pocket holes for all the joinery. The finish is Rustoleum Kona stain with a light green paint over that that was sanded away to become “rustic”. I made this for a good friend and he and his wife are enjoying it very much. I can’t wait to tackle some more furniture for my house! I am currently working on a dining room table, and after that I need to furnish an entire guest bedroom. Any comments or suggestions are greatly appreciated as I have only been woodworking for about a year!

This came out very nice, regardless whether first build or not. Nice work, I like the antique effect, looks very nice.

Great Job!! You’ve got some talent, i haven’t yet had the chance to make an Entertainment Center although I’m dying to make one some time. But all in all nice work, and keep up the good work, i do like the rustic look.

Fantastic entertainment center! Simple design but well made, like the rustic look. I’m sure your friend’s family will enjoy for a long time. Great job!
