A bad habit of mine is when I start a project, I reach for a fresh board and end up with many left over scraps which constantly clog my wood storage bin. I decided to use those small scraps for a small project.
The design is that of a simple tool tote, but I will place bottles of wine in the large pockets and fine nuts and chocolates in the smaller compartments. The tray is removable where more chocolates can be stored. The Wine and chocolate tote will be auction off at work.
It’s a real simple design, and gives you an excuse for your spouse why you are keeping all those tiny scraps around, but of course you will surely have to build something now.

That’s one fancy tool tote. Great design and joints. The wood combo and finish make it more attractive. Great job!
