I like the custom-fitting box a lot, especially with the matching wood. Nice job. How does one sharpen a ceramic knife? Same way as a steel knife?

bobasaurus... Thanks. As far as I know, you would have to sharpen it with diamond abrasives but I don’t know of anybody that has had to sharpen one. They stay sharp “forever”, but they break real easy.
