well here is my official comment on a great project, i watched this on the blog and enjoyed each posting, and really appreciated your hard work…i love how this turned out and have it slated in my mind as a on the list to do project…thanks mike…ive got to get my firewood in also..we dont get as cold as you do , but its still needed…i look forward to the next project from you…

Mike, I too, followed the building of this project. The laminating of the woods to make the stripes was, IMHO, inspired. Love the note on the bottom, detailing the woods used in the project. Sure to become a charished keepsake. Thanks for sharing.

Wow, I really like this! One of those boxes I can’t stop looking at. So simple and complex looking at the same time. Nice job!
