I made this “Photography Prop’s Cabinet” for my Granddaughter’s photography business (Little Wishes Photography) to store her photograph equipment and props and make it somewhat portable. (it’s on wheels). I made it from 1/2” Oak plywood for the carcass and solid 3/4” Oak for the face frame and the top. The two drawers have metal slides with full extension, made from 1/2” plywood with 3/4” solid Oak fronts. The doors are made using a flat panel construction using 1/4” Oak plywood as the panel and 3/4×1 1/2” wide frame. There is storage for her backdrops in the back portion of the cabinet accessed through two openings in the top. The backdrops are 4 foot wide so they are rolled up and slid down into the openings (third picture). The measurments are 42” wide 27” deep and 48” tall.

#BuzzBate – Thanks for the comment. Yepper, she said that it was more than she expected and she was appreciative of it. We traded skills – the cabinet for a photography setting. Works out well for the both of us.

Great work on that beautiful cabinet, very well designed and crafted drawers and doors. It’s a great help for grand daughter’s business.
