Here is my first attempt at a laminated pen. I used yellow glue in the long grain part of the glue up, and epoxy in the end grain parts. The woods used are ebony, yellow heart, and purple heart. It is finished with shellawax. This was a fun project for me to build. My wife wants to keep it, so that is a great compliment to me.

WoodenFrog, that’s funny. I have already given her two pens and a pencil, but you’re right. Maybe I should start looking at dog house plans. :)
