I made this out of oak and cedar with a 1/4 inch plywood backing using spray adhesive and blue felt. each of the 8 pieces were cut at 22.5 degree angles. the spokes were bought at lowes and i used 1 1/2 oak blocks to make the spoke holders. 1/8 inch plexiglass was used for the front however i could have gone up to 1/4×21 inches. lastly i used hot glue to hold the 3/4 nylon rope in place. overall this was a great project to get to use my router, table saw and miter saw on.
