Hi all.
My father in law made a toy train for one of the grandsons, when we visited the last time he showed it to me, like we always share our woodworking projects.
And obviously my little girl did see this, and obviously also wanted one. So how on earth can you say no
I made this one for her this weekend, and needless to say, she loves it. And I had a good time making it, what more can you ask for then that.
Made with plywood. And turned the boiler on the lathe. Painted pink and purple on her request.
Thanks for looking.

She looks contented for sure. Obvious she loves it. You need to put a seat on the second car for her to sit on.

Nice project Riaan and your right who can say now to little ones as cute as your daughter… My daughter is all grown up and married, but I do have a one year old granddaughter who already has Granddad wrapped round her little finger…lol
Well done with the train…

Great looking train and what’s greater is having a cute little girl to give it to! Nice work! She looks very happy!
