Bandsaw box!
I free handed this design to see how forgiving my 1/4” bandsaw blade would be for me. This kind of project is definitely a good way to eat up some scrap hardwood pieces.
Maple and Imbuya. I used a burl section of Imbuya to cut out a handle. In retrospect given the fact that the color of the handle doesn’t stand out, i should have scrolled out a maple handle. Oh well! The nice part about these kinds of projects is that you can always try something different the next time!
I finished it with Boiled Linseed oil.
Now if only i could find some buyers for these haha! They are fun to make! Try one!
