My wife had seen a lot of end tables and corner cabinets in furniture stores but she didn’t like any of them, nor did I. After quite a bit of design effort and changing this and that, we came up with what you see.
I used solid cherry and walnut for most of the parts. The top is cherry veneer over 3/4” plywood with an inlay of 1/4” solid walnut. The top is 30” by 30” and overall height is 21.5”

Nice job, Bill. Good job on the veneer work. This piece needs to be posted again in a couple of years after the cherry darkens. Should be beautiful. Thanks for the post.

Nice design.End table is item of occasional furniture that should match with the other furniture in your living room. When choosing the perfect end table for your room, you want to make sure that it has the right style.

Nice.
Love the way the bottom rail sweeps into the legs. Neat.
