The mini picnic table condiment holder was a fun build but wasn’t really my design. So, I came up with this mini bench condiment holder. It holds a lot more. It will hold ketchup, mustard, salt, pepper, napkins, plates, and utensils. The entire build was less than one 8’ 2×4 for the bench and I added a scrap piece of 1/4” plywood to hold the slats together after the holes were cut. If you wanted to build the bench only than it would be one of those “what can you build out of a single 2×4” projects. I also made a SketchUp video to walk you through the design process. For a cutlist and a step by step tutorial with diagrams click here.
Here’s both the SketchUp video and the project build video. Have a good weekend folks!

I love it! don’t take this the wrong way, but did you include the cutout for napkins on your final design? I know its in your CAD File but I can’t really see it in the pictures.
Definitely gonna try to get one built before Memorial Day picnics!

Hey tooch – No, I mentioned it in the video. I decided not to because there are different sizes of napkins. I felt it would be more of an eyesore than anything as the tray would have to be too big for my liking. You can easily add one to yours though!

Nice job on the holder. Looks like you included everything. May have to make a couple for the family BBQ’s. Thanks for sharing.
