I posted this as a blog recently but I thought I’d add it to my list of projects. Really easy to make and use jig for aligning table saw blades and fences to 90 degrees. This jig is a remake of a version I made and video blogged about back in 2009 (be sure to watch the new video linked below – it’s better). Can also be used for other angles other than 90.

I made one several months ago and it works like a charm!

I watched your video the other day and already had this on my list of jigs to build. Thanks for posting it.

The “King of the Dial Indicator” !
Thanks Brian.
I’m going to make one of those because I’m one of those old woodworkers who hate to bend and stoop.
Love your videos.
Keep them coming my friend.

Great use of the dial indicator. Nice video as usual.
A FYI; in your video you get specific about adding the 2nd screw and setting its depth. But then the purpose of the 2nd screw is never referenced again. I know you touch upon it in the text, but anybody who only watches the video might be left wondering. Again, no biggie.
