A Army box made from what i assume is spalted walnut, I could be wrong on that but it does have worm holes in it.It is a piece that has sap wood and heart wood.The splines are also walnut. This pic was taken when the poly was still wet and needing coats as you can tell | |||||||

That is spalted walnut. From what I have seen this shows in the summer wood the best.

Gorgeous spalting and patterns on the wood. Great build on that good looking box!
