First, I want to thank the folks who welcomed me to this great site. Second, thanks for pointing out my error in locating myself in far out Canada among unnamed lakes. I fixed the map showing we’re near Rochester & a short walk from the Erie Canal, which here still runs on its original path.
Finally, One photo is of an early PATCHWOODS block. They’re are made of diverse scrap woods. There are also crosses & Stars of David (examples shown) & rattle blocks, all rather small. The blocks featuring knots rattle. I’ll appreciate comments. Best, Bob

Many PATCHWOODS are whimsical, almost all are tactile, making them is fun & I think they’re green too.

Like the look. It’s like quilting wood scraps. Fun and creative projects!
