This was the winning entry in the Baltimore Woodworking Show’s Project showcase and YES, it is made of wood, not metal. It took a year and a half to complete and contains over 1500 separate pieces. Amazing.

Its beyond amazing. The detail is a work of art, the controls in the cab of the Cat. are wonderful.

As an ole heavy equipment mechanic I can appreciate the detail and craftsmanship. I have werked on this very piece of equip before.
