2 years ago the gov’t built an updated junior high school, they some how forgot to give the kids a place to show off their achievements. so the kids took the initiative and raised the money for a display case. the company that was recommended by the school board was charging them a not so fair price, since my child goes there and we don’t always have time to donate as we would like, we offered to build them their display case for a much better price. we also threw in a small surprise for them by having the school logo applied to the front. we went in on a friday after the school was mostly empty and set it up and then covered it for the unveiling on monday.the whole unit is 14 ft long and 7 ft high and 22 inches deep. and of course it was securely anchored to the wall as these are kids. ( and no there was no smurfs harmed in extracting the color for this project.) enjoy.

Great looking case! I was worried about the smurfs for a minute there! LOL!

That is very cool of you to volunteer to do the work instead of them getting hosed. It looks sweet! How was the logo applied?

the logo is a decal that was made by the same company that did some of the other signs in the school. they were more than happy to help us out.

A great gesture for the school and a great cabinet to display their achievements. Way to go!
