My mom wanted a bird feeder that was different from the pack, so I made a couple of “Apple” apple bird feeders. The apple is pinned with a wire though the holder, and oak dowels for roost perch. Chains were added to hang them.

The Tavern Gnome door has small shelf added to the bottom to hold two pics of the friends that were close to the client of the project.

Looks good. Guess I am with Mike, not sure how it works.

An Ibird Feeder, or an Ifeeder?

Like the idea

First the answers then I’ll go out and take a picture of the feeder.

GrumpyMike – It’s an actual apple holder, in the feeder. A wire pin is inserted through the feeder and into an apple.

Monte – I suspended them with chain in a tree.

Americanwoodworker – It’s an ” ifeeder “ outside to take better pics, back in a few….

I just googled “apple bird feeder”, and, as usual, it points me to lumberjocks!

Great design and execution. Has a familiar look to it though…....:-)
