Brandon has made several of these mounts, but this one is special. It was made specifically for his grandfather. I helped a little, all the work was done all by Brandon, it looks great, and very well made.

It’s made of tiger maple, finished with a dark walnut stain. I am very proud of Brandon and this project. Well done Brandon.

Looks great! I really like the ‘arrowhead’ shape you used. What angle did you cut the blocks at? I’ve seen guys do it at 45,30, and 25.
