this is the nicest pen kit I’ve turned so far. I have to say, I was a bit nervous going in, as I’ve been saving this burl for a special occasion and didn’t want to screw it up. i am happy with the results, it turned out pretty good. I didn’t turn tis for anyone specific, more as a fun little reward for finishing up all the christmas gifts my wife had on my list. I might sell it, but since it’s kinda special to me i doubt anyone would want to pay what I’m asking for it, lol! thanks for looking, and as always, all comments are welcome! sorry for only having the one pic, took it with my cell.

Very nice. I know what you mean. I’ve kept several of mine just so I can look at them every now and then

That is really beautiful. I can understand why you feel it may not sell, because you have to put a value on your abilities But the fact is. Many buyers appreciate the craftsmanship of a truly well made pen. I say go for it and you will be surprised. When your selling, Try not to set the price price on emotion, but on skill and craftsmanship, the time and patience it takes you to bring the pen to life. Set your worth. Its ok to be paid for your skills. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays.

I have just started to turn pens and boy is it addictive! My wife is now getting the bug too! She was going through the PSI catalog last night in bed. Great job!

Good looking pen, and yes it is addictive. My wife goes with me to the Rockler reseller here and has to pick out some pen blanks. She picks them out and I turn them. Believe me I am not complaining as long as she doesn’t want to turn them which I don’t have to worry about that.
