Quilt Hangers

Made these long, long ago to hang some quilts my lovely bride made. Two different hanging methods – one is two parallel boards that pinch the top edge of the quilt (screwed together around 3 outer edges). The second is just a rod for hanging loops on the quilt.

Both are very simple (my simple skills aside, the quilts are what you’re displaying, not the hanger), made from 1x pine. Dressed up with some simple jig-saw-and-router work. Finished with stain (I think it’s minwax golden oak).
