I made these mallets but for some jobs I prefer a more hefty mallet. So I designed and made the tenoned mallets.

The mallets shown here measure 8 ½” to 9” long (the heads are about 2 ¼” in diameter) but each weighs 14 oz, as compared to the 8 oz of a typical 9” mallet.

The short piece of galvanized pipes are 3” x 1-5/16” outside diameter (OD) and 1” ID.

More nice and handy hand tools in your collection. Great work.

PS: Any room available in your wall-hung tool cabinet for them?
