This is a jewelry box I made from figured black walnut, and curly maple. The sides are doweled to the top and bottom. The drawers are constructed with a drawer lock bit, and have a plywood bottom. The drawers slide on supports dadoed into the sides. I gave this box to my favorite cousin. She loves it!

Matt,

This is a gorgeous box and I like the wood combination that you used. The tung oil finish is gorgeous as well.

Thanks for the post.
